Mistakes and Returns

If WE make a mistake and ship the wrong item, call us for authorization to return the item for the correct exchange.

Please be advised that once a complete system has been purchased, these units are non-refundable. Our systems are custom-built and therefore cannot be returned once a system is ordered. Airfoil warranties the product to be free from defect for one year after purchase. Airfoil reserves the right to honor all vendor warranties as they apply.We appreciate your business and value our customers!

Whether your purchase is made by credit card, wire transfer, email or fax, once a thermal camera is ordered, it is non-refundable due to the type of camera and functionality. All warranties and issues will need to be handled through Indigo. No exceptions.
