This gear is machined from certified black Delrin. The gear face hasbeen increased from .472 to .50 for increased gear tooth strength then we machined the center hub to compensate for the alignment. It's an 88 tooth gear that will fit the Z230/GSR260 Voyager/Ergo/Vigor with 80-91 engines and the Voyager 50. The gear will hold up to the everyday 10lb payloads or extreme 3D. This gear is machined on a 4 axis cnc to let us have a 1/2 thousands variance. This gear is now included in all of our complete packages .
